Today I made unleavened bread. Is it because...
1. I am an awesome, hands-on homeschooling Mom who wanted to teach my kids about Jewish customs? or
2. I was distracted and forgot to add yeast?
I'm not telling... (but if you need a hint, this was after I initially started mixing using the cookie paddles instead of the dough hook).

Well, I made bread without salt the other day. It just keeps rising, and looks pretty funny. I almost took a picture of the awful loaves. They really do not taste very good, but we are making them into French Toast and ham sandwiches to try to mask the taste.
Someone should be making you bread, sister! That is pretty funny, though. Seriously, aren't you sleep-deprived? That would do it!
