The primary reason Grandma and Grandpa came out to visit was to meet Graham and attend his blessing. For a while, it looked like we'd be in the hospital instead of at church on the scheduled day of his blessing. Thanks to our benevolent doctor, we were able to proceed as planned, though he did still have his PICC line hiding under his sock during his blessing!
Graham is my first boy for whom I had special blessing clothes (Bryce and Thane just wore cute church clothes). I'm not sure I'm a huge fan of how it looked.
It really accentuated the old man look. If we have another boy, I think we might go back to the regular church clothes route.
Graham did great during the blessing. He was wide awake and quiet. I wish I could say the older kids were quiet too, but I was unfortunately distracted by Thane poking at Aubree, and Aubree elbowing him in return. Nice.
We were able to get a friend to take these family pictures immediately after Sacrament meeting (and immediately after that I changed Graham into normal clothes).
