Earlier this evening I participated in my third 5K! My finishing time was pretty horrible, but I have a fairly good reason for that. It was a beautiful evening and I really enjoyed running with my friend Kate (without her I think I might have walked after the first - uphill - mile). Here's a short, worth watching, video of me crossing the finishing line:

I guess I should have called you back?!? Sorry about that, we had a leisurely dinner (it was too yummy to rush), then we served dessert and started cleaning up and chatting. By the time I remembered to call you back, it was after 11 PM in Florida! Time change or not, still a little too late.

Ian's first reaction was --- 'if the baby is due in May, so this will be a boy?" Then we reminded him that Katie's little Anna is a spoiler to the rule. So what do you and Mark want?
