came home from primary today bearing gifts for me for Mother's Day. Thanks to her wonderful Sunbeam teachers, she made me a fabulous "gold" noodle necklace (in all seriousness, I've always wanted a noodle necklace made just for me from one of my kids). She also brought home a paper titled "All About My Mommy." Her teachers asked her a series of questions about me and typed up her answers. Here's what she said:
1. How old is your mom? 25
2. How tall is your mom? This tall! (raises her hand above her head)
3. How much does your mom weigh? 24 pounds
4. What is your mom really good at? Helping me clean my room.
5. What makes mom happy? Sharing my toys.
6. What is your mom's favorite food? chicken
7. Where is your mom's favorite place to go? To the mall.
8. What do you and your mom do together? Play!
9. What is something mom always says to you? I love you!
10. How does your mom make you laugh? She tickles me.
In my defense, the only time we go to the mall is for "Momtopia," which is a monthly activity for kids, and even then - we've only gone twice. I wish I were still 25, although I suppose I'm glad I don't weigh just 24 pounds. Usually when I ask her how much she thinks I weigh she says, "two forty-two!" I really love that girl!

I think it is hilarious that she was even asked how much you weigh.
Awww that is the cutest thing ever. I hope someday I get a noodle necklace too! Happy Mother's Day Erin.
Hi our Erin, You're absolutely right... mac. necklaces are the best!! When Christie was asked similar questions at age 3 about her mom she replied: " I want to be just like my mom... I want to go on a diet and shop at K-Mart" I was appalled and amused all at the same time.
Can't wait to see you next week!!
